my story

Hello, y’all! My name is Rosie Warfield and I am an inclusivity designer for the live entertainment and themed entertainment industries. Currently, I am a senior working towards a B.F.A. in Production Design at the Savannah College of Art and Design. I was first introduced to the wonderful world of theater when I was nine years old and I was immediately captivated by the magic of the performing arts. Although I fell deeply in love with the authenticity of theater, I often struggled to see myself reflected in the productions around me, as I rarely encountered positive representations of neurodiversity on stage. I knew there were other people who felt the same way I did, so I set out to find a community of like-minded advocates to work with and create change in the entertainment industry.

Along my journey, I have discovered that my professional strengths lie at the intersection of communication design, live entertainment, and, most importantly, inclusivity. In my career, I aim to create engaging content that connects with a diverse audience and inspires others to find their own voice. I believe in the power of meaningful representation, and I will continue to use my power as a designer to enact positive change wherever I can.

Through my previous work experiences and brand partnerships, I have gained experience in marketing, guest experience analysis, writing, and event planning. From relevant storytelling across various media platforms to the development of immersive live experiences that leave a lasting impact, I work to bring both creativity and intentionality to every project I touch. I approach the creative process with collaboration and community in mind, taking every opportunity to listen and learn from diverse voices.
