In 2022, I embarked on a year-long research project to help amplify the voices of the neurodivergent community, particularly female-identifying individuals. This project allowed me to dive deep into the struggles, the triumphs, and the suppression of neurodivergent communities around the world. I got the opportunity to collaborate with the Neurodiversity Hub to pull the most accurate information from their databases. Through my research, I met with 25 unique and wonderful neurodivergent people. Their generosity and authenticity inspired me to take my research paper to the next level. After publishing the paper, I started a series of public speeches across five different schools in Central Massachusetts. In those talks, I was finally able to muster the courage to share my own journey with neurodivergence and how I came to thrive in a world that tried to silence my powerful voice.

snippet of speaker series

I began the speaker series at my old high school, and although my speech did not receive an official recording across the span of the project, I was able to find a snippet of the initial speech online. Please note that the recording quality is not at a professional level, as this is an unofficial recording.
