I first connected with the Big Break Foundation when I was selected for their first Emerging Talent Program back in 2022. The support and resources they provided me with allowed me to achieve success in the earliest stages of my career. However, even with their assistance, my own career journey has not always been straightforward, and I find myself wishing that I had access to more resources when I began making decisions about my future. After extensive research into current podcasts and future industry trends, I identified a gap in the audio-based content market for young professionals that addressed career-oriented topics. With two years of experience in podcast editing and development, I approached the Big Break Foundation and began a partnership with them to create more audio content for their organization. The first batch of episodes are currently in development and are expected to release at the beginning of June.
